A multi-variety, small-batch production model is causing Chinese IVD companies to suffer from chronic "blood loss"—higher costs and reduced efficiency (due to increased factory space, high energy consumption in environmental control systems), larger workforces, rising product defect rates caused by inadequate cleaning leading to contamination, and extended equipment-changeover times. Against this backdrop, card-type or pen-type devices that can accommodate different scales would be a viable solution. Reagent Card The production and assembly equipment becomes the key to breaking the deadlock! Baishida's independently developed The card-type or pen-type reagent card dual-channel assembly and packaging production line breaks through industry-specific technological barriers with groundbreaking innovation, delivering efficient, precise, and fully controllable testing solutions tailored for the life sciences field!
Equipment Introduction
Card Type vs. Pen-Type Card Reagent Card The dual-channel production equipment is a high-end assembly line specifically designed for integrated testing tools (such as HPV test strips, HCG test pens, and more), enabling end-to-end production—from packaging the card-type reagent cards to assembling the pen-shaped housings.

Automated Operation Design
The equipment features automatic operation control and provides functions such as data display and query. By integrating industrial cameras, the system enables product quality inspection and guides system operations, ensuring high-quality output while significantly enhancing system stability. The system boasts a user-friendly interface, stable performance, and comprehensive functionality. It automates processes including supplying the base shell, automatically placing the base shell onto the tray, delivering reagent trays, precisely cutting reagent strips, removing defective strips from the production line, assembling reagent strips into the base shell, inspecting strip-assembly quality, automatically supplying the top cover, positioning the cover at the assembly station, pre-attaching the cover to the completed base-shell/reagent-strip unit, pressing and locking the cover into place, detecting finished-product quality, sorting out defective items, and transferring good products to the next stage. Additionally, the system handles tasks like automatic casing positioning, cap assembly, adhesive shell transfer, and final shell ejection—all seamlessly integrated for efficient and reliable operation.
Precision cutting
High-precision cutting structure, combined with visual system calibration, achieves strip-cutting accuracy of ±0.05 mm. The NC film exhibits burrs measuring up to 0.3 mm at the edges, while edge trimming is kept within 3 mm at the head and minimized to as little as 4 mm at the tail (excluding the width of the strip currently being cut).
Durable steel knife
Imported high-grade steel cutting blades, manufactured through vacuum heat treatment and precision grinding. Under normal conditions, each blade can maintain a service life of over 500,000 cuts—and can be sharpened multiple times for continued use.
High-precision CCD detection
Conduct visual inspections on production raw materials and products to ensure intelligent product assessment and automatic rejection of defective items.
Typical Application Scenarios
Colloidal gold detection: Suitable for respiratory infectious diseases (influenza/COVID antigen antibodies), malaria, HIV antibodies, and early pregnancy HCG tests. Ovulation Monitoring Wait for on-site rapid screening.
Fluorescently labeled quantitative detection: Suitable for screening of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (BNP), inflammation (CRP/PCT), sex hormones (HCG/Progesterone), and tumors (AFP/PSA).
Latex Microsphere Technology Assay: Myocardial infarction, rheumatoid factor testing.
Quantum Dot Fluorescence Immunoassay: HIV/Syphilis and Hepatitis B Testing.

As a leading industry benchmark in China’s medical device sector—boasting top-tier scale and far-reaching influence—the 2026 China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) is set to open with great fanfare at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. With more than a decade of deep expertise in the precision manufacturing of biomedical machinery, Baisida Precision Machinery, a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise, will once again make a major appearance at this premier industry event. The company will showcase five core, independently developed automated systems, comprehensively demonstrating its robust capabilities in IVD in vitro diagnostics and the precision manufacturing of medical consumables. We warmly invite industry peers, as well as new and existing customers, to visit our booth to explore emerging opportunities and discuss the future of the industry together.
On February 11, the second day of the 2026 Arab International Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (WHX Labs 2026) kicked off at the Dubai World Trade Center, and booth H3.B39—located in the heart of the exhibition hall—continued to gain momentum.
WHX Labs 2026 | The First Exhibition of the Year—A Wonderful Start
From February 10 to 13, 2026, the Arab International Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (WHX Labs) will grandly open at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates. As the largest laboratory equipment event in the Middle East, this year’s exhibition brings together over 800 leading medical enterprises from more than 40 countries worldwide, once again highlighting its status as an authoritative benchmark for technological innovation and industry trends in the global IVD sector.
The packaging and bagging process for traditional medical anesthesia masks has long been plagued by four major issues: bags sticking together, difficulties in automated bag retrieval, high rates of bag damage during insertion, easy detachment of UDI codes, and uneven sealing strength leading to compromised air-tightness. Each defective mask packaging not only erodes the already slim profit margins of enterprises but also increases the risk of product traceability and reduces the yield of good-quality products every time a UDI code comes loose or a sealing failure occurs. Moreover, every single handling step further diminishes production capacity.
Time flies, and the first month of 2026 has quietly arrived, bringing with it the warmth of the New Year. Looking back at the year 2025 that we’ve just bid farewell, as the challenges and opportunities in the IVD industry have intertwined and settled over time, we’ve chosen to embark on a heartwarming journey of gratitude and growth in Ganzhou, the ancient Song Dynasty city steeped in history. This is not merely a simple trip; it’s a carefully planned reunion of souls—a chance for us to rediscover the true meaning of partnership and gather the strength needed to move forward, amidst the green bricks and dark-tiled roofs of this ancient city and atop the misty peaks of Sanbai Mountain. As all things embrace renewal, let us unite our energies and set forth together.
