On the first day of the event, Booth M49 in Hall 8.1 immediately entered “crowd mode,” with a steady stream of visitors from across the country and around the world in the IVD in vitro diagnostics and medical consumables sectors, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere on site.

In the face of a steady stream of inquiries, Bestar’s technical team has consistently responded with enthusiasm and professional expertise, providing patient and thorough explanations. Whether it’s the desktop die-cutting machine’s high-speed, high-precision performance of 800 pieces per minute, the automated, integrated operation of reagent-strip cutting and sealing equipment, the ultra-low liquid-volume control of 0.2 μL/cm achieved by the gold-spraying and film-creasing instrument, or the precision inspection system employed in filling, sealing, capping, and labeling equipment, we strive to ensure that every visitor gains a comprehensive understanding of our value.
Many long-standing partners made the special trip to our booth, bringing with them well-defined needs for production-line upgrades and process optimization—requests that were highly targeted, professional, and precisely aligned with our technical experts’ areas of expertise. From equipment principles to technical specifications, from collaboration models to on-site applications, every discussion was packed with substantive, actionable insights. This not only represents the highest possible endorsement of our product capabilities but also serves as a powerful testament to the deep trust we have built with our customers.

Five Major Pieces of Equipment Showcase Core Competence

At this prestigious event, the Bestar team showcased five self-developed pieces of equipment: a desktop die-cutting machine, a gold-spraying and film-creasing system, a single-channel reagent-strip cutting and sealing unit, a filling, sealing, capping, and labeling line, and a fully automated cotton-swab production machine, comprehensively demonstrating its robust capabilities in the fields of IVD in vitro diagnostics and precision manufacturing of medical consumables.

Single-channel equipment for strip-cutting and sealing of test strips became the highlight of the first day. Addressing the pain points of cumbersome and low-efficiency downstream processes for test-strip manufacturing, this equipment integrates strip cutting and sealing into a single, seamless operation, eliminating the need for multi-machine handoffs and enabling fully automated production. During the on-site demonstration, the equipment ran smoothly without any jams or interruptions, with precise cutting and sealing accuracy—qualities that drew numerous technical leaders from IVD companies to linger and observe the process in detail.

Filling, sealing, capping, and labeling equipment is also attracting considerable attention. This equipment supports a variety of dispensing methods, including peristaltic pumps, syringe pumps, metering plunger pumps, and pipettes, and is equipped with weighing functionality for real-time verification of fill volumes. It further features a CCD inspection system that continuously detects impurities in the reagents and monitors liquid levels. After a detailed review, a production manager from East China remarked: “This combination of multi-function integration and intelligent inspection is exactly what our production line upgrade requires.”

Customized Solutions Receive Deep Recognition

CMEF provides us with a valuable platform for communication. Here, we not only showcase our latest achievements in R&D and manufacturing, but also listen directly to the market’s most authentic feedback.

Unlike standardized products sold on-site, numerous clients have engaged in multiple rounds of in-depth discussions with Bestar around its customization capabilities, technology adaptation pathways, and end-to-end service processes. From production-line planning to process optimization, from equipment selection to after-sales support, Bestar’s technical team provides tiered, tailored responses to each client’s specific needs, ensuring that every interaction is substantive and thorough.

Although it’s only the first day of the exhibition, the excitement is far from over. From April 10 to 12, the Bestar technical team will continue to be on hand at Booth M49 in Hall 8.1, offering you one-on-one equipment technical consultations and customized solution planning.

If you provided your contact information on-site on the first day, our sales team will follow up with you shortly. If you were unable to attend the opening day in person, or if you would like to learn more about the performance details of our five core pieces of equipment, we warmly invite you to visit Hall 8.1, Booth M49, where we will explore the latest industry innovations and discuss the future of the sector together!

Bestam @ WHX Labs 2026: Customized Smart Manufacturing Solutions Attract Global Business Leaders' Attention

On February 11, the second day of the 2026 Arab International Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (WHX Labs 2026) kicked off at the Dubai World Trade Center, and booth H3.B39—located in the heart of the exhibition hall—continued to gain momentum.

WHX Labs 2026 | The First Exhibition of the Year—A Wonderful Start

From February 10 to 13, 2026, the Arab International Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (WHX Labs) will grandly open at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates. As the largest laboratory equipment event in the Middle East, this year’s exhibition brings together over 800 leading medical enterprises from more than 40 countries worldwide, once again highlighting its status as an authoritative benchmark for technological innovation and industry trends in the global IVD sector.

How did this automated equipment manage to overcome the “bottleneck” technology and achieve large-scale packaging production of anesthesia masks?

The packaging and bagging process for traditional medical anesthesia masks has long been plagued by four major issues: bags sticking together, difficulties in automated bag retrieval, high rates of bag damage during insertion, easy detachment of UDI codes, and uneven sealing strength leading to compromised air-tightness. Each defective mask packaging not only erodes the already slim profit margins of enterprises but also increases the risk of product traceability and reduces the yield of good-quality products every time a UDI code comes loose or a sealing failure occurs. Moreover, every single handling step further diminishes production capacity.

Hearts United by Mountains and Waters, Gathering Momentum for a Distant Future—Bestam’s 2026 Ganzhou Annual Gala

Time flies, and the first month of 2026 has quietly arrived, bringing with it the warmth of the New Year. Looking back at the year 2025 that we’ve just bid farewell, as the challenges and opportunities in the IVD industry have intertwined and settled over time, we’ve chosen to embark on a heartwarming journey of gratitude and growth in Ganzhou, the ancient Song Dynasty city steeped in history. This is not merely a simple trip; it’s a carefully planned reunion of souls—a chance for us to rediscover the true meaning of partnership and gather the strength needed to move forward, amidst the green bricks and dark-tiled roofs of this ancient city and atop the misty peaks of Sanbai Mountain. As all things embrace renewal, let us unite our energies and set forth together.
