Exhibition Information Overview
Exhibition Name: 2026 China International Medical Equipment Fair
Exhibition Venue: Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center
Exhibition Location: Hall 8.1, Booth M49
Detailed Overview of Core Exhibition Equipment
01 Desktop Cutting Machine
The Bestar cutting machine is designed for high-speed, high-precision, and stable, long-term operation, perfectly meeting the industry’s demand for large-scale mass production, with a maximum speed of up to 800 pieces per minute across a wide range of widths. Equipped with a precision cutting control system, it maintains strip-cutting accuracy within ±0.05 mm, ensuring consistent quality of consumable materials. The compact and robust machine structure is easy to maintain, achieving an equipment availability rate of ≥90%, and can quickly adapt to cutting operations for various specifications of reagent consumables. It effectively addresses the industry’s pain points—unstable precision, cumbersome changeovers, and high failure rates associated with traditional equipment—making it the preferred choice for downstream processing of consumables.
02 Gold-Spraying and Film-Applying Machine
The Bestar gold-spraying and film-plotting system delivers dual advantages in both production capacity and precision: film-plotting capacity ranges from 200 to 300 pieces per hour, while gold-spraying capacity is adjustable between 700 and 900 pieces per hour, with an uptime of ≥90%. Equipped with a sophisticated liquid-volume control system, it achieves line-plotting accuracy of 0.2 to 9.99 μL/cm and gold-spraying accuracy of 1.0 to 9.99 μL/cm, effectively addressing the pain points of微量 reagent waste and batch-to-batch stability. The system is compatible with reagent plates up to 400 mm in length, making it ideal for both small-batch pilot production and large-scale mass production. It features a built-in memory-based parameter-setting module that allows one-click switching of production parameters, ensuring extremely simple operation and outstanding operational stability, thereby significantly reducing raw-material waste.
03 Single-Channel Reagent Strip Cutting and Sealing Equipment
To address the pain points of cumbersome and inefficient downstream processes for test-strip production, Bestar has developed a single-channel strip-cutting and sealing machine that integrates cutting and sealing into a closed-loop operation. This eliminates the need for multi-machine interconnections, streamlines line layout, and boosts operational efficiency. The equipment runs smoothly without jams, with precise cutting and sealing accuracy, and is compatible with standard full-specification test-strip processing. It operates fully automatically, requiring no frequent manual supervision or intervention, thereby reducing labor input and minimizing human error. As a result, the entire downstream process for test strips is now fully automated and standardized, significantly accelerating line throughput.
04 Filling, Sealing, Capping, and Labeling Equipment
The filling, sealing, capping, and labeling equipment integrates multiple advanced functions, providing an efficient and precise solution for the medical aliquoting sector. This equipment supports various aliquoting methods, including peristaltic pump aliquoting and syringe pump aliquoting, Positive-displacement plunger pump It supports portioning and pipette-based dispensing to meet diverse production requirements. The equipment is also equipped with a weighing function that performs real-time verification of fill volumes, ensuring filling accuracy. Upon completion of filling, it automatically applies sealing film and/or screws on caps, thereby guaranteeing product seal integrity and stability. In addition, the equipment is fitted with a CCD inspection system that enables real-time detection of impurities in the formulation and monitoring of liquid level height, further safeguarding product quality. Online coding and labeling functions further enhance the equipment’s level of automation, supporting precise label application and automatic identification to ensure the accuracy and traceability of product information. Finally, an intelligent discharge system handles product conveyance, ensuring that the entire production process is efficient and reliable.
05 Fully Automatic Cotton Swab Machine
To meet the demands of large-scale, mass production of medical cotton swabs, Baisida’s fully automated cotton swab machine delivers end-to-end automation, integrating forming and packaging into a seamless, integrated process. With high efficiency and stable output per unit, it comprehensively satisfies enterprises’ needs for high-volume production. The equipment features a user-friendly touchscreen HMI, enabling rapid changeovers for multi-product versatility, smooth and reliable operation, and virtually eliminating the need for continuous, labor-intensive on-site supervision. This significantly reduces labor costs, addressing the industry’s longstanding pain points of high labor intensity, low productivity, and inconsistent quality in traditional cotton swab manufacturing—and helping medical consumables companies achieve efficient, automated mass production.

On February 11, the second day of the 2026 Arab International Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (WHX Labs 2026) kicked off at the Dubai World Trade Center, and booth H3.B39—located in the heart of the exhibition hall—continued to gain momentum.
WHX Labs 2026 | The First Exhibition of the Year—A Wonderful Start
From February 10 to 13, 2026, the Arab International Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Exhibition (WHX Labs) will grandly open at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates. As the largest laboratory equipment event in the Middle East, this year’s exhibition brings together over 800 leading medical enterprises from more than 40 countries worldwide, once again highlighting its status as an authoritative benchmark for technological innovation and industry trends in the global IVD sector.
The packaging and bagging process for traditional medical anesthesia masks has long been plagued by four major issues: bags sticking together, difficulties in automated bag retrieval, high rates of bag damage during insertion, easy detachment of UDI codes, and uneven sealing strength leading to compromised air-tightness. Each defective mask packaging not only erodes the already slim profit margins of enterprises but also increases the risk of product traceability and reduces the yield of good-quality products every time a UDI code comes loose or a sealing failure occurs. Moreover, every single handling step further diminishes production capacity.
Time flies, and the first month of 2026 has quietly arrived, bringing with it the warmth of the New Year. Looking back at the year 2025 that we’ve just bid farewell, as the challenges and opportunities in the IVD industry have intertwined and settled over time, we’ve chosen to embark on a heartwarming journey of gratitude and growth in Ganzhou, the ancient Song Dynasty city steeped in history. This is not merely a simple trip; it’s a carefully planned reunion of souls—a chance for us to rediscover the true meaning of partnership and gather the strength needed to move forward, amidst the green bricks and dark-tiled roofs of this ancient city and atop the misty peaks of Sanbai Mountain. As all things embrace renewal, let us unite our energies and set forth together.
