From February 10 to 13, 2026, the Arab International Exhibition for Medical Laboratory Instruments and Equipment (WHX Labs) will grandly open at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates. As the largest laboratory equipment event in the Middle East, this year’s exhibition brings together over 800 leading medical enterprises from more than 40 countries worldwide, once again establishing its position as an authoritative benchmark for technological innovation and industry trends in the global IVD sector.

At this exhibition, Huizhou Bestam Precision Machine is making a strong debut with three core pieces of equipment: a fully automatic test strip cutting and pouching machine, high precision dispenser and sprayer, and a high speed cutting machine. Our booth number is H3.B39.
Let every test strip precisely safeguard your health and life safety.
The three major pieces of equipment precisely cover the core process chain for IVD test strip production, establishing a fully automated closed-loop solution encompassing “preparation of uncut sheet—cutting test strips—assembly and pouching of test strips.”

01 High Precision Dispenser and Sprayer Machine

The film-drawing capacity is 200–300 pieces/hour, and the gold-spraying capacity is 700–900 pieces/hour, with adjustable wide-range settings. The equipment utilization rate is ≥90%. It is compatible with reagent plates up to 400 mm in length. The line-drawing liquid volume is precisely controlled within the range of 0.2–9.99 μl/cm, while the gold-spraying liquid volume is accurately maintained at 1.0–9.99 μl/cm, effectively addressing the pain points of micro-reagent waste and batch-to-batch consistency. Equipped with a memory function module, process parameters can be recalled with a single click, making operation convenient and highly efficient.

02 High Speed Cutting Machine

The machine boasts a maximum speed of up to 800 pieces per minute across a wide range of specifications, with an operational efficiency of ≥90%. It is compatible with various tray sizes and cutting strip dimensions, and its cutting strip accuracy is precisely controlled within ±0.05 mm, perfectly addressing the challenges of multi-specification compatibility and precision stability. Additionally, its simple structure results in a low failure rate.

03 Fully Automatic Test Strip Cutting and Pouching Machine

The innovatively developed NC membrane anti-stick cutting technology reduces residual adhesive by more than 90%, significantly mitigating unplanned downtime caused by membrane adhesion and boosting equipment availability to over 93%. Featuring a flexible, tool-free design, it can automatically adapt to reagent strips with widths ranging from 3 to 5 mm within just one minute, setting a new industry standard for switching efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent vision inspection system featuring a U.S.-imported industrial camera, it enables real-time, online detection of defects such as dirt, missing components, and misalignment. With fully automated production throughout the entire process, its capacity exceeds 2,400 pieces per hour, making it the ideal choice for large-scale packaging of POCT rapid diagnostic test strips.

The exhibition continues to heat up with exciting highlights—come visit the Bestam booth H3.B39!

How did this automated equipment manage to overcome the “bottleneck” technology and achieve large-scale packaging production of anesthesia masks?

The packaging and bagging process for traditional medical anesthesia masks has long been plagued by four major issues: bags sticking together, difficulties in automated bag retrieval, high rates of bag damage during insertion, easy detachment of UDI codes, and uneven sealing strength leading to compromised air-tightness. Each defective mask packaging not only erodes the already slim profit margins of enterprises but also increases the risk of product traceability and reduces the yield of good-quality products every time a UDI code comes loose or a sealing failure occurs. Moreover, every single handling step further diminishes production capacity.

Hearts United by Mountains and Waters, Gathering Momentum for a Distant Future—Bestam’s 2026 Ganzhou Annual Gala

Time flies, and the first month of 2026 has quietly arrived, bringing with it the warmth of the New Year. Looking back at the year 2025 that we’ve just bid farewell, as the challenges and opportunities in the IVD industry have intertwined and settled over time, we’ve chosen to embark on a heartwarming journey of gratitude and growth in Ganzhou, the ancient Song Dynasty city steeped in history. This is not merely a simple trip; it’s a carefully planned reunion of souls—a chance for us to rediscover the true meaning of partnership and gather the strength needed to move forward, amidst the green bricks and dark-tiled roofs of this ancient city and atop the misty peaks of Sanbai Mountain. As all things embrace renewal, let us unite our energies and set forth together.

Pregnancy Test Cutting, Assembly, Pressing and Capping Machine Three Major Technological Innovations Solve Challenges in Pregnancy Test Kit Production

Why is everyone promoting production equipment for standard card-type test cards, yet rarely mentioning equipment designed for pen-type test cards? That’s because pen-type test card production machines demand significantly higher technical expertise. Standard card-type equipment uses a simple, flat fixture arranged in a single line, while pen-type cards feature highly varied curved surfaces with dramatic differences in curvature—requiring precise alignment that must be achieved instantly to prevent gaps from forming. Moreover, the feeding process for pen-type cards is prone to misalignment, often leading to material stacking or even machine jams. And here’s another challenge: traditional 2D vision systems rely solely on "flat templates," so when they encounter the reflective surfaces or gradually changing patterns of pen-type test cards, they quickly "lose sight" altogether, resulting in a defect detection rate that starts at 2% or higher.
