Production process

◎High raw material utilization, intelligent cutting of head and tail, with cutting controlled to 3-5MM, using high-precision feeding modules, strip cutting accuracy ±0.05MM, and the control screen can adjust strip width with 0.01MM precision.
◎Automatic detection of reagent boards, removal of manually marked defects, and collection into defective device.
◎High equipment compatibility, reagent strip width adjustable between 2-6MM, capable of cutting reagent strips of different widths, size adjustable via touch screen (setting range must be within the width of the positioning fixture), aluminum foil pouch width adjustable between 55-65MM, length adjustable between 100-125MM (bag settings in 5MM increments).
