Fully automated intelligent production with good noise reduction, allowing one person to load and unload materials for stable and uninterrupted production.
The automatic removal of deformed caps on centrifuge tubes during loading is within ±20 degrees, and caps that are already secured do not enter the production equipment.
Filling is carried out using a precision peristaltic pump, with a filling volume of 500-1000ul and an accuracy of ±1%, allowing for direct hose changes without cleaning.
Automatically seals the centrifuge tubes after filling by pressing on the caps.
The XY axis automatically prints the required information on the bottle body, with the ability to define the printing content and call pre-edited templates.
Equipped with filling detection and height detection, among others.
NG products are counted and removed separately.
