Fully automated intelligent production, good noise reduction, one person can load and unload to ensure stable and uninterrupted production;
Equipped with an ion wind dust removal system and a dust collector, effectively eliminating dust on the bottle body;
Using a precision peristaltic pump for filling, meeting a filling accuracy of ±1%, equipped with ultrasonic sensors to monitor the filling liquid volume;
Using a servo electric claw for cap tightening, with adjustable clamping force and cap torque parameters set on the touchscreen, equipped with a height detection device for feedback on cap tightening height;
Online label printing and attachment, with editable printing information;
Equipped with a high-speed vision system for real-time detection of foreign objects inside the bottle, quality of label printing, and presence/position/wrinkles of bottle labels;
High detection rate for NG products, which can be promptly removed, with different NG products counted separately for easier subsequent problem analysis and tracking;
Suitable for filling reagents or liquids such as cell preservation solution, sample dilution solution, protein or enzyme reagents, and saline.
