Bottle management, bottle feeding, positioning, filling, bottle discharge, capping, sealing and labeling are all automatically controlled by PLC, touch screen operation, filling cylinder is processed and ground by hard chromium, unique filling valve design, and there is no drip phenomenon. Electrical components and pneumatic components are all well-known brands at home and abroad, such as: LENZE in Germany, FESTO, MITSUBISHI in Japan, ARTIC in Taiwan, etc., to ensure the quality and service life of the equipment. The shell of the equipment is made of S/S 304# stainless steel, which is clean and hygienic and meets GMP standards. The filling range and speed can be designed according to user needs with different filling heads. It is suitable for filling and filling liquid products in the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, pesticide and fine chemical industries. With the function of no bottles, no cans, and automatic shutdown of bottles.
